1. Definitions and Scope

3. Account Registration

4. Account Security

Additional account security is provided through OTP verification. If correct information is not provided during a security check, access to the account may be temporarily suspended.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 222 app is ৳100. Currently accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The terms of the respective mobile financial service provider apply to each transaction.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number used to register the account. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used as withdrawal methods.

5.3 Withdrawals Held Pending Verification

222 app reserves the right to hold withdrawals if identity verification has not been completed or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met. In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may remain on hold until an investigation is concluded.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the balance ৳2,200; in that case, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in wagering must be completed before withdrawal.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• Each promotion has its own wagering, validity, and eligibility terms, which are set out in detail on the promotions page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 222 app reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• The terms of all promotions — including the Weekly Deposit Festival, Cricket Charger, and Birthday Gift — must be read separately.

6.3 VIP Cashback

VIP members will receive cashback on weekly net losses. The maximum cashback is 0.2% at Bronze level, 0.4% at Silver level, 0.6% at Gold level, and 0.8% at Platinum level. Cashback is subject to the same wagering requirements as bonuses.

7. Betting and Game Rules

7.1 Fair Play Guarantee

All games on the 222 app platform use each provider's own RNG (Random Number Generator) and audited software. Game results cannot be influenced in any way, and each round is determined independently.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error in any game causes an abnormal result, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. The game server log will be the final basis for this decision.

9. Limitation of Liability

222 app does not guarantee wins or profits in any game. The full risk of losing money through gambling lies with the user. We are not responsible for losses caused by network issues, third-party server downtime, or other technical failures.

Platform content is provided on an "as is" basis. If any service is disrupted, 222 app will work to resolve it promptly, but no guarantee is given that recovery will occur within a specific timeframe.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by Us

222 app may suspend or permanently close an account without notice if any of these terms are violated. An account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation into suspicious activity is ongoing. If a violation is proven during the investigation, deposited bonuses and conditional winnings may be forfeited.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Before closing, review your remaining balance and complete any eligible withdrawals.
